February Fun

February is typically the coldest month in Athens, and the coldest run of the year is almost always on Mom's birthday weekend and it is the Heritage 7.5 mile trail race.  This year was cold, but not as bad as usual.

Mom ran with her friends Ellen and Rachael.  The kids ran the 1 mile fun run.

 Mom won her age group!

 and Bjorn was the 1 mile fun run!

 The following week we had weather in the 70's and mom and Odin spent some time out in the sun together.

 On mom's birthday Bjorn ran with her as his present to her.

 The following weekend Dad took the boys on a ski trip.

 and they enjoyed some hiking too.
