Saturday morning at home

Sometimes we have a slow Saturday morning at home with Mom...This past Saturday we played with trains (something we haven't done in a long time!).

 Oh, my what a cute butt!

Odin and Bjorn did some reading...it was very cute to see Odin help Bjorn up on the dresser!

And, Odin and Grandpa cracked some nuts in the sun!

Later that evening we did some garden work!  Started prepping the beds for spring veggies!

Hiking, Running and Playing at the Park

Yesterday was a busy day full of hiking, running, playing at the park and checking out a new thrift store!  We started at Yates Mill.

 The boys did some racing...

 And then we found a new toy at the a thrift store and took it to a park to give it a spin.  Odin was very kind to help Bjorn and once Bjorn lost interest Odin rode it the rest of the afternoon;-)

Brother's Playing Together

Sometimes (most of the time) the boys love playing together...last night was especially fun to watch.  Odin has been teaching Bjorn how to romp on the couch.  Mom thinks it is a good way to develop balance!  :-)

Bjorn's Bubble Bath

Yesterday Bjorn wanted a bubble bath in the kitchen sink!  It has been a while since we've done that because he's gotten so big, but...why not!?!?

He loved it and stayed well past "prune stage" and got very clean indeed!

Bjorn's first hair cut

We did it...we got Bjorn's haircut.  It was so hard on Dad, but Mom was thrilled (and so are Grandma and Grandpa!).  Bjorn seemed pretty pleased with the new style too.

Bjorn sat still the entire time and seemed to really enjoy the attention.

Bjorn's favorite part was the dryer.

And now, hopefully, the knots won't be as bad...
